1. Nature of Provided Services

Udawalawa Wild Safari provides experiential guided wildlife tour services and private 4x4 safari vehicle excursions at Udawalawe National Park, Sri Lanka. Our services do not involve the physical shipping or postal delivery of tangible retail goods.

2. Digital Confirmation Delivery Timeline

Upon successful completion of a booking request or online payment transaction:

• Electronic Confirmation: An official booking summary and reference code are transmitted electronically via email and WhatsApp messaging within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Chauffeur & Vehicle Allocation: Allocated driver details, vehicle registration numbers, and precise hotel pickup schedules are communicated 12 to 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

3. Service Execution and On-Site Delivery

Physical fulfillment of the reserved safari takes place as follows:

• Hotel Pickup: Chauffeur arrives at the customer's registered hotel or guesthouse within the designated Udawalawe service radius at the pre-arranged time.
• Park Gate Meeting Point: For guests arriving via independent transport, meeting and boarding occur directly at the official Udawalawe National Park entrance gate prior to morning (06:00) or afternoon (14:30) departures.
