1. Digital Service Delivery Method

All services offered by Udawalawe Wild Safari are digital safari tour bookings and reserved wildlife jeep excursions. No physical goods or shipped items are delivered.

2. Instant Digital Voucher Delivery Timeline

Upon successful completion of online payment or reservation request:

• Instant Confirmation: A digital booking confirmation voucher containing your unique Booking Reference (e.g. UWS-84920) is delivered immediately via Email and WhatsApp within 0 to 5 minutes.
• Chauffeur & Driver Details: Your designated 4x4 jeep driver's name, vehicle license number, and direct contact line are dispatched 12 to 24 hours prior to your scheduled safari departure.

3. Safari Excursion Fulfillment

Physical service fulfillment takes place at Udawalawe National Park:

• Hotel Pickup Delivery: Free pickup and drop-off from any hotel or resort within the Udawalawe / Chandrika Wewa area.
• Park Gate Fulfillment: Meet your allocated 4x4 open-top safari jeep driver at Udawalawe Main Gate entrance at the scheduled departure time (6:00 AM for Morning Safaris / 2:30 PM for Evening Safaris).
