Guests may cancel any safari jeep booking or prepaid tour up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled safari start time for a 100% full refund with zero cancellation fees.

3. Refund Processing Method & Timeframe
All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or credit/debit card used during booking through our payment gateway provider (PayHere / Central Bank approved acquiring bank).
Refund processing takes 3 to 7 business days to reflect in your card statement, depending on your issuing bank.
4. Weather & Force Majeure Guarantee
If Udawalawe National Park is officially closed by the Department of Wildlife Conservation (DWC) due to extreme severe weather or safety conditions, guests will be offered a 100% full refund or free rescheduling to any date of their choice.
